Prince & Associates was founded in 1990 by Marcia Prince-Assam who is the President of the Firm. <\/span>It is the first female owned and operated Chartered Valuation Surveying entity in Trinidad and Tobago. <\/span> <\/span>Marcia  Prince- Assam has served in different capacities including President of the Institute of Surveyors of <\/span>Trinidad and  Tobago (ISTT) as its first female President in the Valuation Surveying Division.<\/span> <\/span>She also served on the Joint Consultative Council  (JCC) for the Construction Industry and was <\/span>the JCC\u2019s Civil Society Group representative on the International American Development Bank (IADB). <\/span>A Paul Harris Fellow and former President of the Rotary club of Maraval ,Trinidad. <\/span>The Firm’s Mission is to provide quality services that will add value to all its customers and to develop <\/span>an organization to meet and maintain the global and RICS gold standards in the areas of valuation <\/span>and other real estate and property related services.<\/span><\/p>\n
