Prince & Associates was founded in 1990 by Marcia Prince-Assam who is the President of the Firm. It is the first female owned and operated Chartered Valuation Surveying entity in Trinidad and Tobago.  Marcia  Prince- Assam has served in different capacities including President of the Institute of Surveyors of Trinidad and  Tobago (ISTT) as its first female President in the Valuation Surveying Division. She also served on the Joint Consultative Council  (JCC) for the Construction Industry and was the JCC’s Civil Society Group representative on the International American Development Bank (IADB). A Paul Harris Fellow and former President of the Rotary club of Maraval ,Trinidad. The Firm’s Mission is to provide quality services that will add value to all its customers and to develop an organization to meet and maintain the global and RICS gold standards in the areas of valuation and other real estate and property related services.

Valuation of all classes of properties – Residential, Commercial and Industrial. These valuations are requested and provided for many different purposes including, Secured Lending, Sale, Purchase, Leasing, Investment, Rating and Taxation, Stamp Duty, Real Estate Funding, Development, Probate, Dispute Resolution Compulsory Acquisition, Insurance.
