  • Copy of Town& Country approval for residential or commercial use If available

HOUSE AND LAND

  • Copy of Title Deed
  • Copy of survey plan if available (not mandatory)

PROPOSED BUILDING OR PROPOSED BUILDING EXTENTION

  • Copy of Title Deed
  • Approved Building plans
  • Quantity Surveyors Report or Builder’s Estimate

N.B

These documents also apply to existing and proposed renovation and modification of building structure/s

PROBATE, LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION

  • Copy of Title Deed of Deceased Estate
  • Copy of Death Certificate

LEASED OR RENTED PROPERTY 

  • Copy of leased document/ rent receipts etc.
  • Survey plan showing land area if available

VALUATION FEES

RESIDENTIAL & AGRICULTURAL PROPERTIES

  • Property Value $600,000.00 or less
  • Minimum fee -$2,500.00 plus Vat
  • In excess of $600,000.00 a fee of  ¼ of 1% of property value plus Vat
  • Deposit $2,000.00

 COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES

  • Property Value $1.6 Million or less
  • Minimum fee – $5,000.00 plus Vat
  •  In excess of $1.6 Million the fee will be at a rate of ¼ of 1% of property value plus Vat
  • Deposit $4,000.00

Residential

  • Residential valuation reports are completed generally 5-7 working days after site inspection providing that all the relevant information and documents required and requested have been produced.

Commercial
